The challenge
The team needed a shared view of service health without forcing every engineer to learn a different collection of provider dashboards and bespoke scripts.
The approach
We shaped a composable control plane around the decisions operators make most often: what changed, where it changed and whether it needs attention. The system connects deployment context with live edge signals so investigation starts with useful context instead of a blank alert.
The outcome
A clearer operating model for distributed services, with a platform that can grow alongside the team and the traffic it serves.
