Important context was spread across notifications, dashboards and old incident notes. During an incident, the cost was not a lack of data but the time spent deciding which data mattered.
The approach
We designed a focused operations surface that puts the current signal beside service ownership, recent changes and incident history. The interface favors chronology and clear next actions over a wall of charts.
The outcome
